Travel Notes
December to March and July to October are the best months with dry weather, clear seas, and excellent visibility for diving. April-May is the long rainy season with rougher seas. June can be breezy but good for kitesurfing.
Approximately 30 minutes south of Mombasa via the Likoni ferry, or a direct 1-hour flight from Nairobi to the Ukunda airstrip. International charter flights also land at Mombasa's Moi International Airport, a 1.5-hour transfer away.
3-5 nights to enjoy the beach, water activities, and at least one excursion to Kisite Marine Park or Shimba Hills.
